Material–forging–annealing (to reduce the hardness, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of turning processing)-turning–heat treatment (1. Quenching: increase the hardness, the appearance of acicular martensite or bainite. 2. Tempering: Eliminate internal stress, stabilize organization and size)-grinding–assembly–packaging
After reading the process, you should pay attention at this time. The martensite that appears after quenching is needle-shaped with large internal stress. If it is not tempered to eliminate it, the bearing is prone to cracks and fatigue during work. Acicular martensite needs to be tempered to relieve stress, and its performance cannot be restored after annealing. It is precisely because of its irreversible or reversible property that its properties will decrease. Don’t think about reprocessing used bearings to meet the original requirements!
