(4) peeling and folding, the two defects are not firmly combined with the base metal, and there are often decarbonization or poor carbon phenomenon around it to varying degrees. The material is easy to collapse, concave or wear, which is very unfavorable to the bearing life and accuracy.

(5) maintains a riveting or welding quality, mainly to see whether it has offset the rivet head, skew, relaxation, lack of meat, or “double eyelid, correct the position of the welding, solder joint is too big or too small, for welding not firm or excessive cause jam phenomenon, roller pressure slope, as some cage, caulking and chisel mouth whether the quality assurance, Whether the rolling body can not fall out of the cage and can turn freely, if these points do not meet the requirements, the bearing noise and rotation accuracy will be reduced, or the cage may collapse, resulting in mechanical failure or accident.

If there is any discovery during the inspection from (1) to (5) above, the bearing will also not be accepted. In addition, if the quality of typing is not good, such as blurred handwriting, damage, should be considered defective, serious can not be accepted.
