For example: a bearing needs 1ml lubricating oil per hour, is it 1ml per hour, or the 1ml oil in 1 hour several times, the correct answer should be the latter. If we can make the lubrication point only get 0.1ml oil in each lubrication cycle, then 1ml oil can be divided into 10 times within an hour, once every 6 minutes, which can achieve a very satisfactory effect, which is the most correct way of lubrication.
Thin oil lubrication is indeed an effective form of lubrication. With the development of lubrication technology, thin oil lubrication has developed from the primary large flow lubrication mode to the more advanced micro lubrication mode. For example, oil mist lubrication is a kind of trace lubrication, and its emergence makes the development of thin oil lubrication to a new stage. Although oil mist lubrication has taken a big step towards the correct lubrication mode, but due to various restrictions in the application, and serious pollution of the environment and harm to human health, so the application prospect is increasingly dim, to replace it is more accurate, more trace and non-pollution of the environment lubrication – oil and gas lubrication.
