Poor lubrication: The lubricant in the rolling bearing is insufficient or inappropriate and cannot form an effective lubricating film, resulting in increased bearing friction, increased wear, and increased temperature, thereby accelerating the aging of the bearing. 5. Material fatigue: During the long-term operation of rolling bearings, the rolling elements and rings will be subjected to repeated stress, causing fatigue spalling and micro-crack expansion, eventually leading to premature aging of the bearing. 6. Pollution corrosion: Rolling bearings are invaded by pollutants and corrosives, causing chemical and electrochemical corrosion of bearing materials, reducing the strength and durability of the bearing, thereby accelerating the aging of the bearing. In order to extend the service life of rolling bearings, it is necessary to reasonably select the fit, install it correctly, and ensure the stability and good lubrication of the mechanical equipment.
