1) Requirements of rotation accuracy of bearing components for machine functions;

2) Requirements of machine working speed.

Selection of precision grade of rolling bearing:

Class 0: the most widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry, known as the general level, for the general mechanism of rotation accuracy is not high. Such as reducer, water pump, compressor and other rotating mechanism.

Class 6 (6X), 5, 4: used for rotary mechanisms requiring high rotation accuracy and speed, such as ordinary machine tools, grinding machine spindle bearings; The front bearing of the spindle of ordinary lathe uses grade 5 bearing, and the back bearing uses grade 6 bearing.

Class 2: used for rotary mechanisms with high requirements on rotation accuracy and speed. Such as precision coordinate boring machine, high precision instrument spindle bearings.

The benchmark system:

Inner ring and shaft diameter: base hole

Outer ring and shell hole: base shaft system

Tolerance zone for dimension of shell hole

1. When the rotation accuracy of bearings is required to be high, high-precision bearings and higher tolerance of journal and shell holes should be selected;

2. In order to eliminate the influence of elastic deformation and vibration for bearings with large loads and high rotation accuracy, clearance fit should be avoided in rotating rings, but it should not be too tight;

3. For high-precision bearings with small load and used in precision machine tools, in order to avoid the influence of matching holes and shaft shape error on rotation accuracy, it is hoped that there will be a small gap between the rotating ring and the shaft or hole, regardless of the rotating ring or non-rotating ring

4. Under the same other conditions, the higher the rotation accuracy of the bearing, the higher the speed, the tighter the selection should be.
