(1) Before bearing assembly, bearing position shall not have any dirt.
(2) During bearing assembly, a layer of lubricating oil should be coated on the surface of the mating parts, and one end of the bearing without type should be inward, that is, on the shoulder of the shaft.
(3) Special pressure tools should be used for bearing assembly, and direct hitting method is strictly prohibited. The size, direction and position of the added force should be appropriate when the bearing is assembled. The protection frame or rolling body should not be stressed, but the force should be symmetrical and uniform to ensure that the end face is perpendicular to the shaft.
(4) The end face of the bearing inner ring should generally be close to the shaft shoulder (shaft clamp). After the assembly of the bearing outer ring, the contact between the bearing cover at the positioning end and the washer or outer ring should be uniform.
(5) After the rolling bearing is installed, the rotation of the relative moving parts should be flexible and light. If there is stagnation, the cause of the problem should be checked and analyzed and dealt with accordingly.
(6) In the bearing assembly process, if the hole or shaft fit is too loose, the tolerance should be checked; When it is too tight, it is not allowed to force brutal assembly. The causes of the problems should be checked and analyzed and dealt with accordingly.
(7) The axial clearance of single-row tapered roller bearings, thrust angular contact bearings and bi-directional thrust ball bearings meets the drawing and process requirements during assembly.
(8) Appropriate amount of grease should be injected into the bearing and its matching surface after assembly. For bearings whose working temperature does not exceed 65℃, ZG-5 grease can be used according to GB491-65 “Calcium Base Grease”; For bearings with operating temperature higher than 65℃, zn-2Zn-3 grease can be used according to GB492-77 “Calcium Base Grease”.
(9) The temperature rise of ordinary bearings in normal operation should not exceed 35℃, and the highest temperature at work should not exceed 70℃.
