2. Check the oil pressure of the governor. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.
3, check whether the bearing has abnormal sound, and detect whether the bearing swing is abnormal.
4, take oil samples to observe whether there is a change in oil color, and test to see whether metamorphism. If confirmed deterioration, should stop the replacement of new oil.
5, check whether the oil level is normal, if not, check whether the oil tank drain valve is closed. If it is closed, it should be filled with oil. If it is oil seepage of sealant pad, it should be stopped for processing.
Vibration can be said to be quite sensitive to bearing damage, spalling, indentation, rust, crack, wear and so on will be reflected in the bearing vibration measurement. Therefore, through the use of special bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.) can measure the size of the vibration, through the frequency points can not be inferred from the specific situation of the abnormal. The measured values are different due to the use conditions of bearings or sensor installation positions, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment criteria.
We then look at the impact of temperature on bearings. High temperature often indicates that bearings are in abnormal conditions. High temperature is also harmful to bearing lubricants. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to bearing lubricants. If the temperature exceeds 125℃ for a long time, the bearing life will be reduced. Causes of high temperature bearings include: insufficient lubrication or excessive lubrication, lubricants. It contains impurities, excessive load, bearing ring damage, insufficient clearance, and high friction caused by oil seal, etc.
Therefore, it is necessary to continuously monitor the bearing temperature, whether measuring the bearing itself or other important parts. If the operating conditions are unchanged, any temperature change can indicate that a fault has occurred.
The bearing temperature can be measured regularly with the help of thermometers, such as digital thermometers, which can accurately measure the bearing temperature and display it in fixed units according to degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. The importance of bearings means that when they are damaged, the equipment will be shut down, so it is best to install temperature detectors for such bearings.
