If foreign matter such as iron filings, burrs, and dust enters the bearing, it will cause noise and vibration during the operation of the spherical sliding bearing, and even damage the raceway and rolling elements. Therefore, before installing the bearing, it is necessary to ensure that the installation surface and the installation environment are clean. After the bearing is mounted, alignment can cause the spherical plain bearing to be subjected to additional loads, friction and vibrations if not carefully adjusted. These may accelerate fatigue and reduce the service life of bearings, and may damage the service life of other machine parts. In addition, increased vibration and friction can greatly increase energy consumption and premature failure risk. 1. The installation of spherical sliding bearings should be carried out in a dust-free and clean room. The bearings should be carefully selected and the spacers used for the bearings should be ground. Under the premise of keeping the spacers of the inner and outer rings at the same height, the parallelism of the spacers should be controlled. Below 1um; 2. Spherical sliding bearings should be cleaned before installation. When cleaning, the slope of the inner ring faces upwards, and the hand feels flexible without stagnation. After drying, put in the specified amount of grease. For oil mist lubrication, put a small amount of oil mist oil ; 3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, and the force should be uniform, and knocking is strictly prohibited; 4. The storage of spherical sliding bearings should be clean and ventilated, without corrosive gas, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. It should be regularly rust-proofed for long-term storage.
