Generally, the motor should be cleaned and refueled after 2000 hours of use. There are two methods of cleaning bearings: 1. Hot oil cleaning method Due to long-term use, the bearings hardened by soft dry oil or anti-rust paste should be immersed in thermal engine oil at 100-200°C, clamp the bearings with pliers, and clean the oil on the bearings with a brush. The soft dry oil or anti-rust paste will melt when heated to 100-200°C, and it is easy to wash out from the gap of the bearing. Sometimes all it takes is shaking the bearing in the oil several times. Grease will also flow through the crevices. When cleaning the old motor or the centripetal spherical bearing of the motor, the ball, the ball frame, and the inner ring should be turned out of the outer ring laterally and then immersed in hot oil. When cleaning the short cylindrical roller bearing, the rollers, The bead holder, inner and outer rings disengage. When cleaning with hot oil, the temperature of the oil should not exceed 200°C. If you use an open flame to heat directly, you should pay attention to prevent the oil from burning, and the bearing should be suspended in the oil pan, and sinking to the bottom will cause overheating and reduce the hardness. 2. The general cleaning method is to soak the bearing in kerosene for 5-10 minutes, pinch the inner ring with one hand, and turn the outer ring with the other hand, and the dry oil or anti-rust paste on the bearing will fall off. Then put the bearing in cleaner kerosene, scrub it with a soft brush, clean the oil stains in the balls and gaps, then put it in gasoline to clean it once, take it out and put it on a clean paper. When cleaning radial spherical ball bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings, the balls, ball frame, inner ring and outer ring should be separated and cleaned. The cleaning of the bearings installed on the shaft mainly depends on the method of spraying oil or spraying with an oil gun. The oil stains that are easy to clean are first used with kerosene and then gasoline; Or spray with an oil gun, and then clean it with gasoline. Be careful not to scrape the bearings with sharp tools: hard grease or rust, so as not to damage the smoothness of the rolling elements and groove rings of the bearings, and dry the cleaned bearings with a clean cloth.
