(1) Induction heating bearing thermal disassembly method: When installing or dismounting interference fit parts such as bearings, it is often necessary to heat the workpiece in advance, and the traditional heating method not only wastes resources and energy, but also has poor heating effect. Induction heating can give full play to its advantages of uniform heating and short heating time. At present, many factories are producing and applying power frequency induction heating equipment, such as bearing heaters, gear heaters, ring gear heaters, motor shell heaters, piston heaters, connecting rod heaters, and end cover heaters to achieve production automation.
(2) Oil boiling method bearing thermal disassembly method: suitable for interference fit between the bearing and the shaft; use oil as a medium to heat and expand the inner ring of the bearing for interference assembly, and the oil temperature is generally controlled at 110°C Left and right; it is only limited to the assembly of bearings and cannot be used for disassembly, which takes a long time and pollutes the environment.
(3) Baking method: use a heating furnace or an oven to heat the inner ring of the bearing to expand it and then fit it onto the shaft with interference. It can only be used for bearing assembly but not for disassembly, and the heating time is longer.
(4) Auxiliary heating yoke: This method is used to disassemble the inner ring of the bearing that is interference-fitted on the shaft. During work, put the auxiliary yoke sleeve heated to a certain temperature on the outside of the disassembled bearing inner ring and clamp it, wait until the heat of the auxiliary yoke sleeve is transferred to the bearing inner ring and cause a gap between the heated expansion and the shaft before disassembly; energy The waste is large and may cause burns on the outer surface of the inner ring of the bearing.
(5) Cold shrinkage method: The bearing has been installed in the bearing seat first, and the shaft that needs interference fit is refrigerated and cooled for assembly. The cooling temperature is generally not lower than . 80°C; the scope of application is small, and the economy is poor.
(6) Acetylene flame heating: the inner ring of the bearing is disassembled after being heated and expands to create a gap between the shaft and the shaft; the disadvantage is that the heating is uneven, which may easily burn the inner ring of the bearing or even scrap it.
(7) Hand knocking and beating: It is suitable for the case where the interference between small bearings and equipment components (shaft and bearing inner ring) is not large; it is easy to cause parts to be damaged.
(8) Presses and jacks: suitable for situations where the interference between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is not large; presses and jacks for small bearings are small in size and light in weight, and are mostly manual tools. Presses and jacks for large bearings are generally hydraulically driven.
