2. New bearings must be checked before use. The inspection content is whether the package (preferably with the instruction manual, quality certificate) is in good condition; Whether the logo (factory name and model) is clear; Appearance (rust, damage) is good;
3. The new bearings that have been checked and qualified can not be cleaned under general use conditions (more than 2 poles of motor); The new sealed bearing is not cleaned.
4. The bearing cover and bearing must be cleaned before oil change. Cleaning is divided into crude washing and fine washing. Crude washing oil is clean diesel oil or kerosene, and fine washing oil is clean gasoline.
6. After cleaning the bearing, rotation by hand should be flexible and radial and axial shaking by hand can preliminatively determine whether the clearance is loose or too large. Check gaps if necessary. Replacement of ball bearings or roller racks found to be severely worn, corroded and metal spalling.
7. After the cleaning and inspection of the bearing, dry the cleaning agent (or air dry) with a white cloth and add qualified grease. It is not allowed to add different types of grease into the same bearing.
8. No dust in the surrounding environment when refueling; Oil with clean hands, slowly turn the whole bearing with one hand, and press the oil into the bearing gap with the middle finger and index finger. Add a good side before the other side, remove excess grease.
9, bearing and bearing cover fuel volume: bearing cover oil volume is 1/2 — 2/3 of the bearing cover capacity (maximum number of motor poles); Bearing oil 1/2 — 2/3 of the cavity of the inner and outer ring of the bearing (maximum number of poles of the motor).
10. The end cover of the motor with oil filling holes and oil discharging holes must be cleaned during oil change to keep the channel unobstructed. The filling hole must be filled with oil when refueling.
11. Bearing disassembly and assembly must ensure that the stress point is correct (the inner ring of the shaft is stressed, the inner and outer rings of the end cover are stressed) and the force is uniform. The best method is pressing (small motor) and hot sleeve (large interference and large motor).
12, when the bearing is installed, the contact surface is evenly coated with a little grease. After bearing installation, the clearance between bearing inner ring and shaft shoulder must be checked (it is better to have no clearance).
13, bearing hot sleeve heating temperature control at 80 to 100℃, 80 to 100℃ time control within 10 minutes. Oil heating ensure the use of non-corrosive, thermal stability of mineral oil, oil and container should be clean. A metal net is set at 50 to 70mm from the bottom of the oil groove, and the bearings are placed on the net, and the large bearings are hung with hooks.
