This bearing standardization is high, low price, small changes to the machine tool, easy maintenance, especially for high-speed operation occasions. Its d-n value has exceeded 2.7×106. To increase the service life of the bearing, the wear resistance of the raceways can be increased, and the raceways can be coated or otherwise surface treated. There is no certain order and rules for choosing bearings, priority should be given to the conditions required for bearings, performance, the most relevant matters, especially practical. Rolling bearings are precision components, and their use must be carried out with corresponding care. No matter how high performance bearings are used, if they are not used properly, they will not get the expected high performance. Precautions regarding the use of bearings are as follows. a. Keep the bearings and their surroundings clean. Even small dusts that are invisible to the eye can have a bad effect on bearings. Therefore, keep the surrounding clean so that dust does not invade the bearing. b.Use with care. Giving a strong impact to the bearing in use will produce scars and indentations, which become the cause of accidents. In serious cases, cracks and fractures will occur, so care must be taken. c. Use proper operating tools. Avoid substituting existing tools, and proper tools must be used. d. Pay attention to the rust of the bearing. When operating bearings, sweat on your hands can be the cause of rusting. Be careful to operate with clean hands and preferably wear gloves as much as possible. In order to maintain the original performance of bearings in good condition for as long as possible, maintenance and overhaul are necessary to prevent accidents before they occur, to ensure the reliability of operation, and to improve productivity and economy.
