In order to study its friction torque characteristics, the slice analysis method was used to establish a static analysis model of YRT turntable bearings under combined loads. The influence of axial load, radial load, overturning moment and axial clearance on its load distribution was studied. YRT turntable bearings were analyzed for motion and lubrication.Based on the above research, the energy method was used to establish the friction of YRT turntable bearings from three aspects: rolling friction between rollers and raceways, sliding friction, and viscous friction of grease. Taking the YRT80 turntable bearing as an example, the influence of working conditions parameters, axial clearance and roller parameters on its friction torque characteristics was studied. The results show that when the YRT turntable bearing is subjected to axial load alone, the friction torque is mainly generated by the upper rollers and there is an inflection point on the friction torque curve. The friction torque before and after the inflection point is basically proportional to the axial load, but the proportionality coefficient is different. ; The friction torque of the YRT turntable bearing gradually increases with the increase of the overturning torque, and the increase rate is larger; in the low speed range, the friction torque gradually increases with the increase of the speed, but the overall change is small. The friction torque of the YRT turntable bearing gradually increases with the decrease of the axial clearance, and the increase rate gradually increases, and the value of the friction torque changes greatly; under the premise of meeting the bearing capacity, the upper and lower rows of the YRT turntable bearing should be minimized. The number of rollers, and the use of fully convex arc-shaped rollers with small diameters can effectively reduce their frictional moments. By comparing the theoretical and experimental values of the friction torque of the bearing at different speeds and different axial clearances, it can be concluded that the theoretical calculated value of this article is basically consistent with the experimental value trend, with a maximum error of 17.7%, which is within the range allowed by the project The validity of the theoretical model of friction torque of the YRT turntable bearing in this paper is verified. The research results will provide some theoretical support for the development of low friction torque YRT turntable bearings.
