At present, the effect of conductive materials on the conductivity and friction properties of greases has been extensively studied. Polyurea grease has excellent oxidation stability and is very suitable for the long-life lubrication requirements of modern industrial equipment. It is considered to be one of the greases with development potential in the 21st century [8]; There are few studies on the influence of electrical conductivity, and most of the conductivity tests of grease at this stage are based on static volume resistivity, which cannot dynamically simulate the electrical conductivity of the outer ring-ball-inner ring during the operation of the bearing. Static volume resistivity is mainly suitable for lubricants containing a large amount of conductive fillers, which have good stability in forming conductive channels. For lubricants with less conductive filler content, the stability of forming conductive channels is poor, and the test results are more discrete, and too much conductive solid additives will increase the risk of abrasive wear of rolling bearings. Therefore, this paper independently builds a test bench for dynamic conductivity of grease-lubricated ball bearings, controls the performance of urea-based grease through base oil viscosity and organic amine type, and investigates different inorganic carbon-based conductive filler urea based on the dynamic breakdown voltage test method of grease-lubricated ball bearings. Conductivity of ball bearings lubricated with base grease; using grease roller stability test bench to simulate high-temperature rolling conditions, test the dynamic conductivity of urea-based grease with different conductive agents after high-temperature rolling.
