Repair and preventive measures of sliding bearing after holding axle
(1) It is equipped with centripetal ball bearing 210, inner ring of outer ring between D class (when two 46210, D class angular contact ball bearings do not need to be equipped with ring), the height difference between inner and outer ring is determined by applying 20kg axial force on the bearing, and the parallelism of the two ends of the inner and outer ring is less than or equal to 0.003 RAM.
(2) Install the rear bearing seat, rolling bearing, bearing outer ring and inner ring on the main shaft, and then load the above combination into the grinding head body.
(3) Place the grinding head body vertically (the spindle cone is upward) without sliding bearing, and measure the radial runout of the spindle ≤0.1mm. The dial indicator seat is sucked on the spindle end, the dial needle points to the inner diameter of the front bearing seat, and the coaxiality between the spindle and the front bearing seat is less than or equal to 0.02mm. If the numerical out-of-tolerance is measured, the inner and outer ring of the bearing should be readjust, and the rear end face of the grinding head body should be repaired until the requirements are met.
(4) Scraping of spindle and sliding bearing. When scraping, attention should be paid to: (1) the red red powder or red ink oil can not be too thin. Smear should be uniform. ② When scraping the sliding bearing with a scraper, the radial force of 10kg shall be adjusted to the clearance between the spindle and the sliding bearing seat to 0.02-0.025mm.
(7) Lubricating oil is injected into sliding bearings as required, and silk cloth is applied to filter when injected.
(8) The grinding head body is placed horizontally and run in air for 4h to make the spindle and sliding bearing fully run together. The temperature rise of the bearing is measured to be less than or equal to 30℃.
(9) Let off all the lubricating oil inside the grinding head. Refill oil as required. Silk cloth should be used to filter oil filling. It is necessary to spot check the cleanliness of lubricating oil. The impurity and dirt should not exceed 200mg by gravimetric inspection.
(10) Adjust the clearance between the spindle and the sliding bearing seat to 0.03~0.04mm, and start the test run. Measuring the radial runout and axial movement of the spindle cone, old machine tools should be ≤0.01 RAM, new machine tools should be ≤0.005mm.
