3. Summary of the assembly of rolling bearings A. All dirt on bearings must be cleaned before assembly. B. When the bearing is mounted on the shaft, the pressure of the bearing should be on the inner ring, and when the bearing is mounted on the bearing body or suspension (support) frame, the pressure is added on the outer ring. C. When pressing or driving with copper rod, the pressing force and striking force should be evenly distributed on the whole end face of the inner and outer ring of the bearing. The force should not be applied to the cage or beads, and the hammer should not directly hit the end face of the bearing, so as not to hurt or break the bearing. The auxiliary tools used for cold and hydraulic loading are casing and hydraulic working device respectively. D. When installing bearings, we must pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent dust and dirt from entering the bearings. After the bearing is installed, the bearing installed should be protected (sealed) immediately. E. After the bearing is compressed, the rotational flexibility of the rolling bearing must be checked. F. The matching of rolling bearing and shaft or bearing seat is interference or transition fit, but considering the structure and bonding strength of parts, heating or cooling method should be adopted for assembly. Generally, heating (SKF) should not exceed 110℃.
