Spindle, lead screw with precision bearings as the machine tool’s basic accessories, its performance directly affects the machine tool’s speed, rotary accuracy, rigidity, anti-vibration cutting performance, noise, temperature rise and thermal deformation, and then affect the machining parts precision, surface quality, etc..
The assembly quality of precision bearings directly affects its working state and service life. Many failures of CNC machining centers are caused by improper assembly of bearings. Therefore, sufficient attention should be paid to the assembly technology of precision bearings. Now the assembly points of high-speed precision bearings are summarized as follows:
Precautions for the installation of precision bearings
1.Precision bearing assembly site should be kept as clean as possible;
2.Avoid the entry of precision bearing pollution or foreign matter, pollutants have a great adverse effect on the operation and service life of bearings;
3.Check the geometric accuracy, dimensional accuracy and cleanliness of the bearing seat hole and the mating surface on the shaft;
4.When installing, the matching surface of the ring is coated with a little oil or a little grease, so that the precision bearing is easier to install to the design part;
5.When designing the bearing seat hole and shaft, there should be a 100 ~ 150 installation guide chamfer;
6.Do not overcool the bearing, because condensation can lead to corrosion of the bearing and bearing mating surface;
7.Bearing inner ring and spindle assembly should adopt directional assembly method or Angle selection method, that is, artificially control the direction of radial runout error of each assembly part, so that the 8.errors cancel each other rather than accumulate;
9.Bearing pressed into the bearing should be flexible rotation without block feeling;
10.After installation, check whether the precision bearing system works normally.
