The check items include poor operation caused by foreign objects, scars and indentations, uneven rotating torque caused by poor installation and poor processing of the mounting seat, excessive torque caused by small clearance and installation errors, etc. If there is no abnormality, power operation can be started. Because large machinery can not manually rotate, you can use no load to start immediately after turning off the power, inertial operation, check whether there is vibration, sound, whether the rotating parts have contact, etc., to confirm that there is no abnormality, you can enter the power operation. Power operation, starting from no load low speed, slowly increase to the rated operation of the conditions. During the test run, check whether there is abnormal sound, bearing temperature shift, lubricant leakage and discoloration, etc. If abnormalities occur in the test run, the operation should be terminated immediately, and the machinery should be inspected and disassembled if necessary. Bearing temperature, generally from the outer surface of the shell can be presumed to know. However, it is more accurate to measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing directly by using the oil hole. The bearing temperature gradually rises from the beginning of operation and usually stabilizes in 1~2 hours. If the bearing temperature rises sharply and abnormally high temperature occurs due to poor bearing or installation, etc.. The reasons are such as too much lubricant, too little bearing clearance, bad installation, too much friction of sealing device, etc. In the case of high speed rotation, the structure of the bearing and the wrong choice of lubrication method are also one of the causes. The rotating sound of the bearing is checked with a microphone or a listening needle. Large metallic noise, abnormal sound, irregular sound, etc. indicate abnormality. The causes are poor lubrication, poor precision of the shaft housing, bearing damage and foreign body intrusion, etc.
