1. Noise reduction technology: Bearing noise is an important source of pollution to the environment and an important indicator that needs to be controlled in the bearing industry. Especially for bearings used in home appliances, office machinery, and instruments, the noise limit is more prominent. In the past ten years, my country’s bearing industry has done a lot of work to reduce bearing noise, which has greatly improved the level of bearing noise reduction. However, compared with foreign countries, there is still a certain gap. The most prominent problem reported by users is the “abnormal sound” problem. , that is, there is an irregular sudden sound or even a scream during the bearing operation. There are many factors that affect bearing noise, and it is also very complex. It needs to be analyzed and studied from the overall design of the bearing, each part of the bearing – the inner ring, outer ring, cage, rolling elements and lubricating oil (grease). It also needs to be analyzed from each part of the bearing. Analyze and study the materials used in each part, the processing process, and even the equipment and process materials used in the project. This is the basic content involved in bearing noise technology. 2.Sealing technology The newly developed rolling bearings are equipped with corresponding sealing devices on both end faces. On the one hand, its function is to protect the grease (oil) inside the bearing from being lost during use, ensuring that the bearing is in a lubricated state; on the other hand, it is to protect the bearing so that external dust or harmful gases will not enter the inner cavity of the bearing to avoid damage to the bearing. Bearing damage. Common ones include rubber or engineering plastic sealing rings, and steel plate stamped sealing rings (or dust covers). There are various sealing structures and different sealing effects. If there is a gap between the sealing ring and the bearing, it is called a non-contact seal. The smaller the gap, the better the sealing effect, but the smaller the allowed shaft speed area. If there is no gap between the sealing ring and the bearing, it is called a contact seal. The larger the contact area of the ring contact lip, the better the sealing effect, but the smaller the allowed shaft speed. Sealing technology mainly involves the research and development of corresponding sealing devices used under different working conditions, as well as the compatibility of the sealing ring material and the corresponding grease.
