1. Noise reduction technology: Bearing noise is an important source of environmental pollution, and it is also an important indicator that the bearing industry needs to control, especially for home appliances, office machinery, and instrumentation. The noise limit of bearings is more prominent. In the past ten years, my country’s bearing industry has done a lot of work in reducing bearing noise, which has greatly improved the level of bearing noise reduction. However, compared with foreign countries, there is still a certain gap. The most prominent user feedback is the “abnormal sound” problem. , that is, there is an irregular sudden sound or even a scream during the operation of the bearing. There are many factors affecting bearing noise and they are also very complicated. It needs to be analyzed and studied from the overall design of the bearing and each part of the bearing – inner ring, outer ring, cage, rolling element and lubricating oil (grease). The materials used for each part, the processing process, and even the equipment and process materials used in the project are analyzed and studied. This is the basic content involved in bearing noise technology. 2. Sealing technology The newly developed rolling bearings are equipped with corresponding sealing devices on both ends. On the one hand, its function is to protect the grease (oil) inside the bearing from being lost during use, so as to ensure that the bearing is in a lubricated state; bearing damage. Common sealing rings are rubber or engineering plastics, and there are also sealing rings (or dust covers) punched from steel plates. There are various sealing structures, and the sealing effects are different. If there is a gap between the seal ring and the bearing, it is called a non-contact seal. The smaller the gap, the better the sealing effect, but the smaller the rotational speed area of the shaft is allowed; if there is no gap between the seal ring and the bearing, it is called a contact seal. The larger the contact area of the ring contact lip, the better the sealing effect, but the smaller the rotational speed of the shaft is allowed. The sealing technology is mainly to research and develop the corresponding sealing devices used in different working conditions, and the compatibility between the sealing ring material and the corresponding lubricating grease.
