Clutch release bearing: Clutch release bearings are generally composed of angular contact ball bearings, bearing housings (or sliding seats) and their couplings. If the clutch release lever, lever shock absorber and conduit etc. are included, the clutch release system is constituted. The main function of the clutch release bearing is to separate the clutch through its axial movement, thereby cutting off the power connection between the automobile engine and the transmission and/or the power input shaft, and assisting in the completion of operations such as starting, stopping and shifting of the car. The application of the clutch release bearing in the modern automobile clutch system: the clutch is in the engaged state, and the power output by the engine crankshaft is transmitted to the transmission input shaft through the flywheel, the pressure plate and the driven plate; when the clutch release bearing moves left along the guide tube under the action of the lever , By compressing the diaphragm spring, the flywheel and pressure plate can be separated from the driven plate, thereby cutting off the power transmitted from the engine to the transmission. Reducing vibration, noise, and friction and wear of moving joint surfaces is the main problem faced by clutch release bearing systems, and the research carried out has led to a series of major improvements related to clutch release bearings. Other improvements in clutch release bearings relate to materials, construction, sealing and lubrication of angular contact ball bearings. Clutch release bearings can be divided into ordinary clutch release bearings and self-aligning clutch release bearings according to whether their angular contact can move radially relative to the bearing seat, that is, whether they have an aligning function. The angular contact ball bearing in the ordinary clutch release bearing is rigidly connected with its bearing seat. According to the rigid connection between the inner ring or the outer ring of the angular contact ball bearing and the bearing seat, the clutch release bearing has the rotation of the outer ring and the rotation of the inner ring. The angular contact ball bearing in the self-aligning clutch release bearing is flexibly connected to its bearing seat, and the angular contact ball bearing can move radially relative to the bearing seat to achieve concentric rotation with the clutch.
