(1) Strengthen bearing maintenance

Regularly lubricate the bearings, control the quantity and quality of lubrication in the oil pool of the pressure lubrication system, ensure sufficient oil supply to the pressure lubrication system, ensure the quality of lubricating oil, and regularly check the lubrication state of the bearings.

In the process of mechanical maintenance, maintenance personnel should understand the code name and model of bearings and other relevant information, and avoid using alternative models.
In the work, after replacement, there are some burned out, because the bearing model is not consistent, or because the quality of the substitute bearing or bearing itself can not meet the requirements. Long-term use of bearing accessories with substandard quality will lead to damage to mechanical equipment and reduce the service life of mechanical equipment.
Moreover, in the process of mechanical equipment maintenance, new bearings should be selected. Before installation, the appearance and performance of bearings should be carefully checked to ensure the quality of bearings.
(4) Carefully handle the disassembly of the bearing
Many mechanical equipment is the use of parallel bearing, the performance of this bearing is strong, but also often vulnerable to damage. The disassembly work after the damage of the bearing is more difficult, because after the damage of the bearing, the outer ring is still in the hole of the screw. When the bearing is disassembled, the outer ring is the harder part of the screw bearing, and it will slip in the treatment, resulting in damage to the equipment. If the outer ring is directly knocked to disassemble, it will cause damage to the screw.
Therefore, maintenance personnel should be careful to deal with the disassembly of the bearing of the connecting rod, you can use the vise to clamp the connecting rod, use the sleeve head slightly larger than the bearing size of the connecting rod on the other side, slowly increase the force to tighten the vise, squeeze out the outer ring through the force of the vise, so as to prevent damage to the equipment, but also protect the bearing of the connecting rod.
(5) Install bearings in accordance with the prescribed steps
Only by installing bearings in accordance with the prescribed steps can the safe use of bearings be guaranteed and the consumption of bearings be reduced. For non-separated shaft, in the process of installation, it is necessary to take the inner ring and outer ring as the foundation, proofread accurately, and then carry out the next step of installation.
Before bearing installation, in order to ensure smooth installation, bearing lubrication treatment should be done first, and then the installation method should be adjusted according to the actual situation of bearing installation.
At present, oil pressure method is often used in China to carry out mechanical installation. In comparison, the installation of separated bearings is relatively simple, and only the inner and outer rings need to be separated for installation. But the installation process must be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications, and attention should be paid to the links that are prone to problems, to ensure the safety of bearing shaft raceway and rolling body structure, and to prevent these parts from being damaged. Bearings are common in mechanical equipment, and their volumes are small, but there are also some large bearings. When installing these large volume bearings, attention should be paid to mastering the pressure, heating can be adopted to do a good job in temperature control, so as to ensure the smooth installation and protect the strength of bearings from damage.
