1. The user should select the appropriate fit and the stiffness clearance of the bearing according to the requirements of use. Please check the bearing code first after unpacking.

2. Before bearing installation, if grease needs to be added to the bearing, the grease must be clean and appropriate.

3. When installing, it is advisable not to directly hammer the inner, outer ring end face and roller, so as not to crack the inner ring or middle, small rim. Normally, the user should put the bearing into the mineral oil and heat it to 90°-100° and install it on the spindle immediately. By all means avoid the use of local spray burning method for bearings, and users should also install special sleeves when it is difficult to “hot charge”.

4. In the use of bearings, there should be good sealing and dustproof device and lubrication, and oil cannot be broken.

5. Bearing warehouse should be clean and dry, without environmental pollution, bearing stacking is not on the ground, and packaging is not damaged. Bearings stored for more than 1 year must be cleaned and oiled again.

E.Installation and use of thrust self-aligning roller bearings

1. When installing bearings, the bearing oil seal should be cleaned and then coated with clean high-quality lubricating oil.

2. When installing bearings, the force should be uniform and not hammered. If the fit interference is large, the bearing should be heated to 90°-100° in mineral oil, and immediately installed.

3. The warehouse for storing bearings should be clean and clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%.

4. Stock bearings should be cleaned and oiled once every other year, and the oil seal packaging should be kept in good condition. 5 when using bearings, there should be good sealing and dustproof devices, and the working conditions should be checked regularly.

F.Installation and use of cylindrical roller bearings

1. The bearing is separated type, the user can adjust the clearance according to the need when installing.
