1. Bearing vibration

2. Bearing temperature
Bearing temperature, generally have the temperature outside the bearing chamber can be inferred, if the use of oil holes can directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing, it is more bit appropriate.
Usually, the temperature of the bearing starts to rise slowly with the operation of the bearing, and reaches a stable state after 1-2 hours. The normal bearing temperature varies depending on the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation department is suitable, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormally high temperature will appear, then the operation must be stopped and necessary precautions must be taken.
The use of heat sensors can monitor the working temperature of the bearing at any time, and realize the automatic alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the specified value to prevent the occurrence of shaft burning accidents.
Using high temperature often indicates that the bearing has been in an abnormal situation. High temperature is also harmful to the bearing lubricant. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to the bearing lubricant. If the bearing in more than 125 ℃ temperature long-term continuous rotation will reduce bearing life. Causes of high temperature bearings include: insufficient or excessive lubrication, lubricant. Containing impurities, excessive load, bearing loss ring, insufficient clearance, and oil seal generated by high friction, etc..
Therefore, continuous monitoring of the bearing temperature is necessary, whether it is to measure the bearing itself or other important parts. Any change in temperature can indicate a failure if the operating conditions remain the same.
Bearing temperatures can be measured regularly with the help of thermometers, such as the skf digital thermometer, which can accurately measure the bearing temperature and display it in °C or Fahrenheit units.
Important bearings, meaning that when they are damaged, it will cause equipment downtime, so these bearings should preferably be equipped with a temperature detector.
Under normal circumstances, the bearing will have a natural temperature rise and last for one or two days after lubrication or relubrication.
