Where there are bearings, there will be wear and tear, and some equipment is not good for a large number of disassembly, which brings certain difficulties to the repair work. For example, bearing hole wear problem, many enterprises do not exist disassembly conditions, can only use on-site maintenance.
After the bearing hole of a winding machine in an enterprise is worn out, the equipment does not have on-site disassembly conditions, and the disassembly off-line maintenance cycle is long, consuming a lot of manpower and material resources, which seriously affects the production and overall benefit of the enterprise. Based on the problem of bearing hole wear in this enterprise, it is suggested to adopt Soleil carbon nanopolymer material technology, which can quickly realize on-site repair.
Key points of bearing hole wear repair:
(1) How to ensure the concentricity and size: the size and concentricity of the bearing hole after repair are based on the unworn size of the bearing hole and the use of the Tooling Repair Process to ensure concentricity;
(2) Compressive resistance of the material: the material can bear 1200MPa pressure per square centimeter, and the repaired area can bear the pressure of the equipment.
Specific repair steps of bearing hole wear:
(1) Expose the parts to be repaired and remove oil stains;

(5) Determine the diameter of the simulation shaft and process the simulation shaft tooling;

(7) Carbon nanopolymer material is uniformly coated at the repair site without porosity;
(8) The simulation shaft tooling needs to be coated with release agent;
(9) Remove the analog shaft assembly and remove excess carbon nanopolymer materials;
(10) Reinstall the oil film bearing and install it in place.
