If there are the following damages, the bearing shall not be reused and must be replaced. 1) The fracture and defect of the bearing parts of the roller parts. 2) Stripping of the rolling surface of the raceway surface object. 2、Cleaning When taking off the roller parts bearing for inspection, first make a record of appearance by photography and other methods. In addition, to confirm the amount of remaining lubricant and sample the lubricant, then clean the bearing. a、The cleaning of the bearing is carried out in rough washing and fine washing, and a metal mesh frame can be put on the bottom of the container used. b、Rough washing is done by removing grease or adhesions in oil with brush etc. At this time, if the bearing is rotated in the oil, note that the rolling surface will be damaged by foreign objects. c. Fine cleaning, slowly rotate the bearing in the oil, must be carried out carefully. Usually the cleaning agent used is neutral without water diesel oil or kerosene, according to the need sometimes also use warm alkaline liquid. No matter which cleaning agent is used, it should be filtered frequently to keep clean. After cleaning, immediately after the bearing coated with anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease.
