Cleaning When taking the roller parts bearing off for inspection, first make a record of appearance by photography and other methods. In addition, confirm the amount of remaining lubricant and sample the lubricant before cleaning the bearing. a. The cleaning of the bearing is carried out in rough and fine washing, and a metal mesh frame can be put on the bottom of the container used. b. For rough cleaning, remove grease or adhesions in oil with a brush, etc. At this time, if the bearing is rotated in the oil, note that the rolling surface will be damaged by foreign objects. c. Fine cleaning, in the oil slowly rotate the bearing, must be carried out carefully. Usually the cleaning agent used is neutral without water diesel oil or kerosene, according to the need sometimes also use warm alkaline liquid. No matter which cleaning agent is used, it should be filtered frequently to keep clean. After cleaning, immediately after the bearing coated with anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease.
