In order to improve the actual fitting accuracy of the cross roller bearing installation, it is necessary to use the measuring method and the measuring tool that does not deform the bearing to perform the actual precision measurement on the mating surface dimensions of the inner bore and the outer circle of the bearing, which can be related to the inner diameter and the outer diameter. The measurement items of the diameter are all measured, and a comprehensive analysis of the measured data is made. Based on this, the size of the bearing mounting portion of the shaft and the seat hole is precisely matched. In the actual measurement of the corresponding size and geometry of the shaft and the seat hole, it should be carried out under the same temperature conditions as when measuring the bearing. In order to ensure a high practical fit, the surface of the shaft and the seat hole matched with the bearing should be as small as possible.
In making the above measurements, two sets of marks indicating the direction of maximum deviation should be made on the outer and inner holes of the crossed roller bearing, as well as on the corresponding surfaces of the shaft and the seat hole, on both sides close to the assembly chamfer. In order to align the maximum deviation of the mating sides in the same orientation during the actual assembly, the deviation of the two sides is partially offset after assembly. The purpose of making two sets of directional marks is that the compensation of the deviation can be comprehensively considered, even if the rotation precision of the two ends of the bearings is improved, and the coaxiality error between the bearing holes and the journals at both ends is partially eliminated. . Surface strengthening measures are applied to the mating surface, such as sand blasting, and the inner hole is inserted through a precision plug with a slightly larger diameter, which is beneficial to improve the matching precision. Large and outer ring interference bearing, for the convenience of installation, also has the outer ring outer ring and the bearing seat hole are made with a small taper, the two sides of the taper fitting when fitting, and the end cover is used to control The amount of advancement of the ring is such that the interference is within a predetermined range, and the frictional resistance of the end face of the end cap to the outer ring end face also helps to fix the outer ring and prevent it from creeping. This method of installation is especially convenient for vertically mounted bearings.
According to the direction of the load acting on the cross roller bearing, the nature of the inner and outer rings, the load on each ferrule can be divided into a rotating load, a stationary load or a non-directional load. The ferrule subjected to the rotating load and the non-directional load shall be statically fitted (interference fit), and the ferrule subjected to the static load may be a transition fit or a dynamic fit (play fit). When the bearing load is large or subjected to vibration and shock loads, the interference must be increased. When hollow shafts, thin-walled bearing housings or light alloy and plastic bearing housings are used, the interference must also be increased. When high rotation is required, high-precision bearings must be used, and the dimensional accuracy of the shaft and bearing housing should be improved to avoid excessive interference. If the interference is too large, the geometric accuracy of the shaft or bearing housing may affect the geometry of the bearing ring, thereby compromising the rotational accuracy of the bearing.
