The relevant inner diameter and the outer diameter can be used. All the measurement items of the diameter were measured, and a comprehensive analysis of the measured data was performed. Based on this, the dimensions of the bearing installation position of the shaft and the housing hole were precisely matched. When actually measuring the corresponding size and geometry of the shaft and the seat hole to be fitted, it should be performed at the same temperature as when measuring the bearing. In order to ensure a high degree of actual fitting effect, the surface of the shaft and the hole matching the bearing should be as small as possible.
In making the above measurements, two sets of marks that can indicate the direction of the maximum deviation should be made on the outer circle and the inner hole of the cross roller bearing, and on the corresponding surfaces of the shaft and the seat hole, on both sides close to the assembly chamfer. In order to achieve the actual assembly, so that the maximum deviation of the matching two parties are aligned in the same position, so that after the assembly, the two sides of the deviation can be partially offset. The purpose of making two sets of directional signs is that the compensation for deviations can be comprehensively considered. Even if the two bearings have their own rotation accuracy improved, the concentricity errors between the bearing bore and the journals at both ends are partially eliminated. . Surface strengthening measures such as sandblasting on the mating surface and plugging of the inner bore with a precision plug with a slightly larger diameter are all beneficial to improve the mating accuracy. Large bearings with large outer ring interference, for ease of installation, also have the outer ring outer ring and the bearing seat hole are made with a small taper, when the installation by the two sides of the taper to fit, and use the end cap to control the outside The amount of advancement of the ring is such that the interference amount is within a predetermined range, and the frictional resistance of the end cap facing the outer ring end face also helps to fix the outer ring and prevent it from creeping. This mounting method is particularly convenient for vertically mounted bearings.
Depending on the direction of load acting on the cross roller bearing, the nature of the load, and which of the inner and outer rings rotates, the load on each ferrule can be divided into a rotating load, a stationary load, or a non-directional load. The ferrules subject to rotational loads and non-directional loads shall be statically fitted (interference fit), ferrules subject to static loads, and may be fitted with transitional or dynamic fits (clearance fits). When the bearing load is large or subjected to vibration and shock loads, the interference must increase. The use of hollow shafts, thin-wall bearing housings, or light-alloy, plastic bearing housings must also increase the amount of interference. When high rotation is required, high-precision bearings must be used, and the dimensional accuracy of the shaft and bearing housing must be increased to avoid excessive interference. If the interference is too large, the geometry accuracy of the shaft or bearing housing may affect the geometry of the bearing ring, thereby impairing the bearing's rotational accuracy.
