3. The rotation of refurbished bearings by hand is not uniform.

4. Watch that the clearance between cage and rolling body is larger than the normal clearance of refurbished bearing.

6. Look at the guide rail. The refurbished bearing guide rail has irregular wear and deformation.

A good way to identify refurbished bearings:

1. Refurbished bearings are generally limited by the technology and equipment of small bearing manufacturers, so the bearing accuracy is low, the bearing surface is rough, the chamfering size is uneven, and some of them still exist black skin and pitting.

2. Some inferior bearing materials are ordinary steel, carbon steel, malleable steel and iron pipe, etc., and most of these materials are white in appearance, and the color of special bearing steel is green. But light color still cannot judge completely to do hardness even. Ordinary steel is of low hardness.

3, some small manufacturers have simple quenching technology, bearing heating is not uniform, there will be slight deformation.

4. Rotate the bearing to see whether the bearing rotates evenly and whether the sound is continuous without noise.

5, look at the cage, regular manufacturers of bearing cage neat without burrs, riveted bearing cage pier head size is the same, and irregular manufacturers of processing technology and equipment is simple, so the cage rough, some riveted structure cage uneven and or on the side, rivet pier head size is different or riveting.

6. Look at the packaging, the packaging of regular manufacturers is consistent, the font on the packaging is clear, and some imitation bearing packaging is inconsistent, or simple and irregular.

7, look at the bearing end face font, both steel and laser font of the original bearing are very clear and uniform, the laser font has a certain depth, the counterfeit bearing font has broken marks, the laser font is wiped gently with gauze, and the regular laser font will leave fuzzy font traces after a wipe with gauze.

8, look at the certificate, the regular manufacturer bearings have certificate and certificate size is consistent, most of the certificate paper is oil-proof paper. Font is clear, some manufacturers have query information on the certificate, counterfeit certificate, font is fuzzy, paper is ordinary paper, certificate size is different. It is recommended to keep regular manufacturer’s certificate for comparison and reference.

9, some imported bearings are different from domestic anti-rust oil. Imported bearings are not without anti-rust agent but can not see the traces of clear bearing surface, and some counterfeit imported bearings coated with domestic anti-rust agent feel sticky in your hand, and will taste a taste of anti-rust oil.
