A.Whether the steel printing is clear

Each bearing product will be printed on the bearing product body with its brand name, label, etc.Although the font is very small, but the products produced by the regular manufacturers have adopted the steel printing technology, and the word is pressed before the heat treatment, so the font is small, but deep concave, very clear.And usually, fake products font not only fuzzy, because of the printing technology is rough, font floating on the surface, some even easily can be wiped by hand or manual traces serious.

B.Is there any noise

The left hand holds the bearing body sleeve, and the right hand rotates the sleeve with a small reciprocation to listen to whether there is any noise during the operation of the bearing.Due to the backward production conditions of most counterfeit products, completely manual workshop operation, in the production process, the bearing body will inevitably be mixed with dust, sand and other impurities, so when the bearing rotates, there will be noise or poor operation phenomenon.This point is the key to judge whether the product comes from a manufacturer’s brand whose production standards are strict and which is operated by machines.

C.Whether there are muddy oil stains on the surface

Whether there is a muddy oil mark on the surface requires special attention when we buy imported bearings.Because there is a certain gap between domestic antirust technology and foreign advanced manufacturing countries, it is easy to leave thick oil stains when carrying out antirust treatment on the bearing body, and it feels sticky and thick when touching by hand, while foreign original imported bearings can hardly see any traces of antirust oil.According to the industry, special careful people can smell a special taste on the imported bearings, which is the taste of antirust oil.

D.Whether the chamfering is uniform

The so-called bearing chamfer, that is, the intersection of the horizontal plane and the vertical plane, the counterfeit bearing products are unsatisfactory in the parts of the edges and corners due to the limitations of the production technology, which we can easily distinguish.

E.Bearing the packing

The inner packing and outer packing bearings shall be cleaned and rust proof after being manufactured and inspected, and then put into the inner packing, so as to achieve waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, impact proof, quality and precision maintenance of the bearings as well as the purpose of convenient use and sale.

The inner packing of bearings is divided into three categories according to the rust prevention period:

(1) short anti-rust period packaging: anti-rust period of 3 ~ 6 months, suitable for large quantities of shipments to the same subscriber, in a short time will be put into use bearings.By mutual agreement, simple packing is used for convenience of use.

(2) general rust prevention period packaging: rust prevention period of one year, suitable for general purpose bearings.

(3) long anti-rust period packaging: anti-rust period of two years, suitable for special and precision bearings.

The inner packing materials of bearings include polyethylene plastic cylinder (box), kraft paper, plain and wrinkled polyethylene composite paper, paper box, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon fastening belt or plastic woven fastening belt, waterproof high strength plastic belt, hemp bag, etc.All the above materials shall be guaranteed to pass the corrosion resistance test.
