How to fix the inner and outer ring of the bearing

There are many ways to locate and fix the inner and outer rings of rolling bearings. The following are several commonly used methods:
A) The retaining ring is embedded in the groove of the shaft, which is mainly used when the axial force is not large and the speed is not high;
B) The shaft end retaining ring fixed with screws can be used to bear large axial force at high speed, and the screws should be loosened;
C) Fastening with round nut and stop washer, mainly used for high speed and large axial force;
D) With conical sleeve positioning, stop washer and round nut fastening, for optical shaft bearing with conical hole inner ring.
E) The hole embedded in the groove of the shell is fastened with an elastic baffle ring, which is mainly used when the axial force is not large and the size of the bearing device needs to be reduced;
F) Fastening with bearing end cover, used for all kinds of centripetal, thrust and centripetal thrust bearings with high speed and large axial force;
G) The elastic retaining ring with the shaft is embedded in the stop groove of the bearing outer ring and fastened, for when the shell is inconvenient to set the shoulder;
H) Fastening with threaded ring is used for high bearing speed and large axial force, but not suitable for fastening with bearing end cover.
Axial fixing of inner and outer rings of rolling bearings:
In order to prevent the bearing from axial movement relative to the shaft or seat hole when bearing axial load, the bearing inner ring and shaft, outer ring and seat hole must be fixed axially. The common inner and outer ring axial fixing methods of rolling bearings are as follows:
Axial fixing method of bearing inner ring
Shoulder: simple structure, small size, can bear large axial load
Elastic retaining ring: axial fixed by shaft shoulder and shaft end baffle, pin and spring washer for anti-loose measures, suitable for shaft end is not suitable for cutting thread or space limited occasions
Lock nut: axial fixed by axle shoulder and lock nut, with stop washer to prevent loose, safe and reliable, suitable for high speed and heavy load
Axial fixing method of bearing outer ring
End cover: end cover can be through hole to pass through the extension end of the shaft, suitable for high speed and axial load occasions
Screw gland: similar to the end cap type, but easy to adjust the axial clearance of the bearing outside the box, nut for loosening measures
Threaded ring: easy to adjust the axial clearance of bearings, there should be anti-loosening measures, suitable for high speed, large axial load occasions
Elastic ring: simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, small axial size, suitable for the occasion of low speed, small axial load, the adjustment ring between the elastic ring and the bearing can adjust the axial clearance of the bearing
