Pulverizer bearings are mainly used to support the rotor for rotating motion. Under high-speed rotation, the bearings will generate a lot of frictional heat, which requires the bearings to have a relatively high finish during manufacture, and try to avoid accidents such as overheating of the bearings due to friction and accidental damage.
How to prevent the pulverizer bearing from heating?
In actual production, the bearings are suitable for various rotating support movements. The bearings in the pulverizer are used to connect the motor and the rotor, the rotor and the hammer. Especially when pulverizing materials with high hardness, the speed needs to be increased to produce more Big impact.
There are several reasons for bearing overheating and high temperature:
1. The surface roughness of the bearing is damaged. The surface of the bearing is smooth, and the roughness can generally reach 1.6. Others vary according to the requirements. If the roughness is accidentally broken, the unevenness of the two bearing seats , or the rotor of the motor is not concentric with the rotor of the pulverizer, which will cause the bearing to be impacted by additional load, which will cause the bearing to overheat. In this case, stop the machine immediately to eliminate the fault, which can avoid early damage to the bearing. For example: being scratched by metal, colliding with other parts, etc., will increase the friction when the bearing rotates, and then generate heat.
2. Too much, too little or aging lubricating oil in the bearing is also the main cause of overheating and damage to the bearing. Therefore, it is necessary to add lubricating oil on time and quantitatively according to the requirements of the user manual. Generally, lubrication accounts for 70% of the bearing space- 80%, too much or too little is not conducive to bearing lubrication and heat transfer. If the lubrication and maintenance measures are not in place, the bearing must be lubricated when it works for a long time. Generally, it is lubricated every time it is turned on, so that the bearing can prolong its service life.
3. Too much feeding, the main reason is that the feeding speed of the feeding device is not adjusted properly, the amount of feeding is too much at one time, the processing capacity of the pulverizer is too small, and the pulverization process cannot be done in time, and it is blocked in the pulverization chamber, and the rotor resistance increase, causing the bearing to overheat.
4. Long-term overload work. Generally, it is to catch up with the schedule. Under high-intensity production, if the pulverizer is not maintained in time, it will continue to heat up and break in severe cases.
5. If the fit between the bearing cover and the shaft is too tight, if the fit between the bearing and the shaft is too tight or too loose, the bearing will overheat. Once this kind of problem occurs, there will be friction sound and obvious swing during the operation of the equipment. Stop the machine to remove the bearings, repair the friction parts, and then reassemble as required.
Solution:
Generally, once the roughness of the bearing is damaged, the bearing must be replaced immediately, and there is no possibility of using it again. Secondly, do a good job of periodic maintenance and lubrication of bearings, and try to avoid long-term high-intensity production. Finally, arrange the production process, control the feeding speed and reduce the feeding amount according to the output of the pulverizer.
