Double row centripetal spherical ball bearings and double row centripetal spherical roller bearings have good self-aligning performance. Roller bearing working speed should be lower than the limit speed. The limit speed can be increased by selecting high-precision bearings, improving cage structure and materials, using oil mist lubrication and improving cooling conditions.

4. Lubrication performance

Bearing lubrication can reduce bearing internal friction and wear, prevent burning stick; Prolong its service life; Eliminate friction heat, cooling, prevent bearing overheating, prevent lubricating oil aging; It can also prevent foreign matter from invading into the bearing, or prevent rust and corrosion.

5. Wear resistance

When the bearing works, not only rolling friction but also sliding friction occurs between the ring, the rolling body and the cage, so that the bearing parts are constantly worn. In order to reduce the wear of bearing parts, maintain the stability of bearing accuracy and prolong the service life, bearings should have good wear resistance.

6. Contact fatigue performance

Bearing under the action of periodic load, the contact surface is prone to fatigue damage, that is, cracking and peeling, which is the main form of bearing damage. Therefore, in order to improve the service life of bearings, bearings must have high contact fatigue strength.

7. Machining performance

Bearing parts in the production process, to go through many cold, hot processing procedures, in order to meet the requirements of large quantities, high efficiency, high quality, bearing should have good processing performance. For example, cold and hot forming performance, cutting performance, hardenability and so on.
