For example, when using HD-1 instrument, when the pointer is close to the danger zone from the warning zone, and when the pointer does not return after taking measures such as improved lubrication, it can be determined that the bearing itself is a problem. At this time, the bearing can be reported for repair when it has not yet entered the danger zone. How far from the danger zone to start repair can be adjusted by experience.
The use of such instruments, can make full use of bearing potential, timely bearing repair, and can avoid the occurrence of failure, is safe and economic.
2) Use simple tools to monitor
In the absence of the above instruments, the operator can hold a round rod or wrench and other tools that conflict with the machine shell part closest to the bearing, and listen to the bearing running sound transmitted by the tool on the ear, of course, the use of a medical stethoscope can also be modified.
Normal bearing running sound should be uniform, smooth and not harsh sound, while abnormal bearing running sound has all kinds of intermittent, impact or harsh sound.
