Detection method and instrument for abnormal sound of bearings

At present, there are two ways to detect abnormal sound of bearings. One is noise detection based on acoustics and the other is vibration detection.
(a) noise detection method:
It is a direct measurement method of abnormal sound by using high-quality microphone to extract bearing sound pressure signal at a certain distance and direction in the muffled environment with basic noise less than 20dB, and extracting abnormal sound components through certain analysis methods.
(2) Vibration detection method:
It is an indirect detection method of abnormal sound, which can be divided into qualitative detection method and quantitative parameter detection method. Among them, qualitative detection method is divided into monitoring abnormal sound method and observation vibration waveform method. Quantitative parameter detection method refers to using the measured parameter values related to abnormal sound in the vibration signal of the bearing under test, such as vibration peak value and wave peak factor to evaluate the abnormal sound of the bearing.
(3) Measuring instruments for measuring abnormal sound of bearings:
There are many measuring instruments to measure the abnormal sound of bearings, such as the Buant-1 bearing abnormal sound monitor of Hangzhou Bearing Test and Research Center; S092 bearing vibration (abnormal sound) measuring instrument of Shanghai Bearing Technology Institute; S0910- ⅲ is jointly developed by Luoyang Bearing Research Institute and Dalian Bearing Instrument Factory. These bearing measuring instruments can measure the effective value of bearing vibration and reflect the peak value of abnormal bearing acoustic parameters, peak factor and pulse number, etc.
Proper storage of bearings
1. Keep the original package and do not open it at will. If it is found that the package is damaged, open it and clean it carefully.
2. The relative humidity of the storage room can not exceed 60%, and the temperature difference can not be too large. The bearings in the original packaging can be stored for several years. Sealed bearings or bearings with dust cover, after long-term storage, the lubrication characteristics of the grease filled in the bearing may be reduced.
3, the storage room should also be earthquake and shaking. Bearings that are not stored in the original package should be properly preserved, and bearings are strictly prohibited to be put together with corrosive things to prevent corrosion and pollution.
4. Large rolling bearings can only be placed flat when stored, and the sides of the inner and outer rings are best supported. If stored upright, permanent deformation may occur due to the heavier inner and outer ring and rolling parts and the relatively thin inner and outer ring walls.
