Bearing heater is a kind of equipment that can generate or produce high temperature. Generally speaking, the maximum temperature is about 70-300°C. It includes three parts: heating, cooling and temperature control. The bearing heater is a kind of energy conversion equipment. The energy input into the bearing heater has the form of chemical energy in the fuel, electrical energy, heat energy of high-temperature flue gas, etc., and is converted by the bearing heater to output heat energy with a certain temperature. , so as to heat the air or other substances, so as to achieve the desired purpose. The high temperature generated by the bearing heater can directly provide the required heat or heating for industrial production and public life. Large bearing heaters are mainly used in industry, and small heaters are mainly used in daily life. Bearing heaters are the most in our lives. Electric bearing heaters refer to electrical appliances that use electric energy to achieve heating effects. They can be divided into three categories according to the type of heating method:
1. Electromagnetic heating——Electromagnetic heating generates an alternating magnetic field through the components of the electronic circuit board. When a ferrous container is placed on it, the surface of the container cuts the alternating magnetic field lines and generates an alternating current in the metal part of the bottom of the container ( That is, the eddy current), the eddy current makes the iron atoms at the bottom of the container move irregularly at high speed, and the atoms collide and rub against each other to generate heat energy. So as to play the effect of heating the object. Because the iron container generates heat by itself, the conversion rate of all heat is particularly high, up to 95%. Induction cooker, induction cooker is the use of electromagnetic heating technology.
2. Infrared heating—the heat transfer form of infrared is radiation heat transfer, and energy is transferred by electromagnetic waves. When the far-infrared rays irradiate the heated object, a part of the rays is reflected back and a part is penetrated. When the emitted far-infrared wavelength is consistent with the absorption wavelength of the heated object, the heated object absorbs far-infrared rays. At this time, the molecules and atoms inside the object “resonate”-generating strong vibration and rotation, and the vibration and rotation make The temperature of the object rises to achieve the purpose of heating.
3. Resistive heating – a heating method that uses electric current to release heat through the electric heating body to heat the billet. Common resistance wire heating, ceramic bearing heaters, resistance coil heating, and quartz tube heating all belong to resistance heating in principle.
Comparison of three kinds of bearing heaters:
1. The heating of the resistance bearing heater is the most primitive, so the thermal efficiency is also the worst. Usually, the thermal efficiency is only about 70%, and a large amount of heat energy is dissipated into the air.
2. The heating method of infrared rays is better than that of resistance, but a large amount of heat is still emitted into the air, but it is not the infrared rays themselves that emit heat into the air, but the heated object emits heat into the air.
3. When the Feiru electromagnetic bearing heater works, there is a layer of insulation layer to wrap the heated object, and then the magnetic field directly heats the object itself through the insulation layer, so the thermal efficiency is the highest, almost no heat energy is lost, and its thermal efficiency exceeds 95%. And because the Feiru electromagnetic bearing heater is heated by the heated object itself, there is no loss of heat transfer. The overall energy saving is about 30%-70% of resistance heating under the same conditions. The infrared bearing heater cannot be compared with electromagnetic heating due to its heating characteristics. Comparing in detail, but calculating the emitted temperature, under the same conditions, it should be like electromagnetic heating can save more than 20% energy than infrared heating.
