Features of the dispersion process
(1) Suitable for small batch and single piece production of medium and large motor bearing housing installation. Easy to organize production, lathe, fixture is simple and economic, easy to replace the bearing type, low cost. If single machine is connected into automatic line, it is also suitable for mass production.
(2)High efficiency special lathe with good rigidity and high power can be used for processing, so that the best process parameters can be easily selected and high speed large cutting tool can be used to improve the processing efficiency.
(3) For single machine can realize automatic loading and unloading, automatic tool walking and automatic measurement, the machine tool is easy to operate, the workers do not require high technology.
(4) on the ring blank requirements are not high, all kinds of forms, sizes, domestic bearings and imported bearings of new and old code size specification parameters (one hundred and sixty-one) precision batch of different blanks can be adapted.
But the “dispersion process” process and process route is long, processing time and the process between storage, transportation, inspection loading and unloading time is long, – a ring need to be multiple machines, multiple processes, multiple clamping positioning, multiple operations and inspection, positioning errors, poor processing accuracy.
