1. High-speed grinding technology

The application prospect is very broad, but the following technologies need to be researched and solved: CBN grinding wheel manufacturing technology, dressing technology, special bearing grinding machine and grinding coolant, etc. The use of CBN grinding wheel for bearing ring grinding, foreign countries have long been developed and applied in production, due to the CBN grinding wheel has good processing characteristics. And called it “a big revolution in the production and processing technology” since 1982, CBN grinding wheels have been used in Japan in large numbers, and high growth.
3. Automatic wheel balancing technology for external surface grinding
Due to the large size and non-homogeneous structure of the grinding wheel, it is necessary for external surface grinding. The center of gravity of the grinding wheel system always deviates from the spindle center, and the high-speed rotation will definitely cause vibration of the grinding wheel system and the whole machine tool, which directly affects the service life of the machine tool.
After the machine is turned on and quickly and directly forced to the most balanced position, the machine tool grinding wheel. The machine wheel is directly mounted on a mechanical or other automatic balancing device. This technological breakthrough promotes the development of grinding technology, and at the same time can greatly extend the life of grinding wheels, dressing diamonds and spindle bearings, reduce machine vibration, and temporarily adhere to the original accuracy of the machine.
4. Technology for the rapid elimination of internal surface grinding vacancy
The level of internal surface grinding machine is of symbolic significance. It fundamentally limits the rigidity of the process system, while its machining accuracy requirements are high. 5 CNC numerical control technology and AC servo technology
The servo amplifier is connected to the servo system, and the AC servo motor is connected to the positioning module of the PLC programmable controller. The servo motor itself is equipped with an optical rotary encoder, and its output signal is fed back to the servo amplifier to form a semi-closed loop control system. High speed (3000rpm and low speed operation can ensure the positioning accuracy, the use of servo systems can complete the fast jump, fast tendency, trimming to make up, coarse and fine grinding, so that the machine tool feed mechanism is greatly simplified, performance reliability greatly improved.
6. AC frequency conversion speed control technology
The ratio of its starting and final linear speed is about 3:2, and the linear speed of the grinding wheel in grinding is now gradually reduced with the consumption of the grinding wheel. High linear speed grinding has been adopted in the field of grinding wheel grinding. In order to improve grinding efficiency and ensure consistent grinding quality, the programmable controller calculation function is used to calculate the grinding wheel radius after each dressing of the grinding wheel, and then calculate the inverter input frequency for maintaining the constant linear speed of the grinding wheel and transmit it to the AC inverter, thus ensuring constant linear speed of the grinding wheel.
