Problem of poor bearing lubrication When the bearing is running in an oil-lean state, it is easy to cause adhesive wear, which deteriorates the condition of the working surface. The tears caused by the adhesive wear can easily enter the cage, causing the cage to generate abnormal loads and possibly causing the cage to break. 2. Bearing creep phenomenon Creep refers to the sliding phenomenon of ferrules. When the interference of the mating surface is insufficient, the load point moves in the peripheral direction due to sliding, resulting in the circumferential position deviation of the ferrule relative to the shaft or housing. 3. Abnormal load on bearing cage Improper installation, tilting, excessive interference, etc. can easily lead to reduced clearance, aggravated friction and heat generation, softening of the surface, and premature abnormal peeling. As the peeling expands, peeling foreign matter enters the cage pockets, causing the cage to The operation is blocked and additional loads are generated, which aggravates the wear of the cage. Such worsening circulation may cause the cage to break. 4. Material defects of bearing cage Cracks, large foreign metal inclusions, shrinkage cavities, bubbles, riveting defects, missing nails, pad nails or gaps between the two cage halves, severe riveting injuries, etc. may cause the cage to break. 5. Intrusion of hard foreign matter into the bearing The intrusion of foreign hard foreign matter or other impurities aggravates the wear of the cage.
