01.Selection and control of tolerance of shaft and bearing chamber
After the bearing is pressed into the bearing, it should rotate flexibly without any sense of block. If the bearing is pressed into the shaft and rotated by hand, there is an obvious “rustling” feeling, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, roundness should be well controlled when tolerances of shaft and bearing chamber are well controlled. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control tolerances, not roundness
02 Bearing assembly method
Because bearings are high-precision products, improper assembly is easy to cause damage to bearing channels, resulting in bearing damage. Bearing should have a special mold when assembling, can not be knocked at will, when pressing into the shaft can only be small circle force, pressure can only be large circle force. When assembling, pressure or hydraulic pressure is required. When pressing, the upper and lower die should be outside the horizontal state. If there is a tilt, the bearing groove will be damaged by force, and the bearing will produce sound.
03 Prevention of foreign body in assembly
When the bearing is installed on the rotor to do dynamic balancing, it is easy to put the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing into the bearing interior, so it is best to do dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. Some manufacturers in order to facilitate assembly, assembly in the bearing room coated with some oil or grease to lubricate the effect, but often it is difficult for the operator to control the amount, if the oil or grease in the bearing room is left more, when the bearing is rotating, it is easy to enter the bearing along the shaft. It is best not to oil or grease the bearing room, if not to control the deposit in the bearing room.
04 prevention of paint rust
The characteristic of paint rust is that there are many sealed motors. The sound of the motor is very good during assembly, but after some time in the warehouse, the abnormal sound of the motor becomes very large, and serious rust occurs when the bearing is removed. Many manufacturers used to think it was the bearing problem, but after our continuous publicity, now the electrical machine factory has realized that it is mainly the insulating paint problem. This problem is mainly because the acidic substances volatilized by the insulating paint form corrosive substances at a certain temperature and humidity, leading to bearing damage after corrosion of the bearing channel. This problem can be to choose good insulation paint only at present, be in after drying ventilated assembly after period of time.
