1. The sealing performance of bearings includes four aspects:
Friction torque
Leakage rate of fat
Temperature performance
Dust,
2. Fat leakage rate:
Contact type ≤ 5%,
Non-contact ≤10%;
Test speed: 0.3 times the limit speed of contact sealing bearing
Ambient temperature: 20±10 ºC
Trial time: 6 hours
3. Temperature rise performance of bearing:
Contact ≤ 55 ºC,
Non-contact ≤45 ºC;
Test speed: 0.75 times the limit speed of contact sealing bearing
Ambient temperature: 20±10 ºC
Trial time: 6 hours
4. Dustproof performance of bearing:
Contact type ≤ 80000 /cm³,
Non-contact ≤16000 /cm³;
Test speed: 0.3 times the limit speed of contact sealing bearing
Ambient temperature: 20±10 ºC
Trial time: 6 hours.
Dust medium box: ash filling volume 0.4~0.6%V (V ash box volume)
Speed of 50 r/min
Evaluation standard for dustproof performance of bearings
Level 1 dustproof: the fat sample is primary color and is completely transparent. There is no dust medium particles under microscope
Second dustproof: the fat sample is primary color and is completely transparent. There are dust medium particles under microscope
Grade 3 dustproof: most of the fat samples are primary color, and a small part of them begin to change color and become translucent
Grade 4 dustproof: most of the fat samples are discolored, and a small part is primary color and is gray
Grade 5 dustproof: all lipid discoloration, black, opaque
Grade 6 dustproof: all lipid discoloration, black, opaque, and bearing clearance significantly increased
2. How to choose grease
1, lubrication role:
A thin layer of oil film is formed to separate the rolling body from the rolling surface to reduce friction and wear.
Make the rolling contact surface of the bearing form an appropriate oil film, prolong the bearing life;
Discharge friction and heat from the outside, prevent bearing overheating, delay the aging of anti-rust oil itself;
Prevent foreign matter from invading into bearing interior, rust and corrosion prevention;
2. Lubricating grease:
Base oil
Mineral oil, semi-synthetic oil PAO, synthetic oil (difat oil, silicone oil, polyethylene difat oil, polyethylene ether oil, fluorocarbon oil, fluorosilicone oil, perfluoropolyether)
thickener
Metal soap base: lithium soap base, good water resistance, good mechanical stability; Calcium soap base, good water resistance, poor heat resistance; Sodium soap base, poor water resistance, good heat resistance.
② Non-metallic soap base: silica gel, benton and other inorganic substances; Urea, fluorocarbon, ptfe compounds; Nonmetallic soap base has good heat resistance.

② Antioxidants: prolong service life.

3. Lubricating oil:
General use: mineral oil without additives;
(2) special occasions: add extreme pressure resistance, anti-aging additives;
The selection of synthetic oil: temperature, speed is very high or very low occasions.
