For example, it requires less amount of blank and higher accuracy in size, and more stringent requirements for surface quality such as metallographic organization and hardness; it requires larger power, rigidity and higher machining accuracy and automation of lathe, often using multi-tool, multi-step, multi-station multi-axis semi-automatic machine and automatic machine tools, generally for mass production, it is appropriate to use multi-axis automatic machine tools, for medium and small batches and variable processing models, it is appropriate to use multi-tool Semi-automatic lathe; the types and quantities of process equipment, strong specialization, trouble to change models, difficult and time-consuming adjustment, high technical level of workers, the need for reasonable production organization and management.
Second, the dispersion process of bearing collar processing
The bearing collar dispersion process is divided into several clamping to complete the turning process of a collar.
The characteristics of the dispersion process are
(1) suitable for medium and large motor SKF bearing housing installation of small batches and single production. Easy to organize production, lathe, fixtures, simple and economic, easy to replace the bearing type, low cost. If a single machine connected to an automatic line, also suitable for mass production.
(2) High efficiency special lathe with good rigidity and high power can be used for processing, so that the best process parameters can be easily selected and high speed large cutting tool can be used to improve the processing efficiency.
(3) on a single machine can achieve automatic loading and unloading, automatic tooling and automatic measurement, machine tools are easy to operate, the workers do not require high technology.
(4) on the ring blank requirements are not high, all kinds of forms, sizes, domestic bearings and imported bearings of new and old code size specification parameters (one hundred and sixty-one) precision batch of different blanks can be adapted.
But the “dispersion process” process and process route is long, processing time and the process between storage, transportation, inspection loading and unloading time is long, – a ring need to be multiple machines, multiple processes, multiple clamping positioning, multiple operations and inspection, positioning errors, poor processing accuracy. It increases the consumption of human, financial, material and energy.
