1 .Bearing fever caused by insufficient design expansion
This situation is more likely to occur in large fan and crusher and other long axis equipment, which is also the equipment design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance personnel are easier to ignore the link. The typical case of the rear fan of the rotary kiln of CX Company was that the free end bearing of the fan had severe heating in the early stage of production. Because the rotor spindle had severe friction with the bearing end cover after thermal expansion under the working condition, the high temperature generated in a very short time melted the bearing cover and the end face of the rotor spindle together. Therefore, when the new fan is installed and accepted, attention should be paid to the calculation of whether the axial clearance of the bearing at the free end can meet the expansion requirements of the working conditions.
The calculation of the expansion of the axis is simple:

It should be noted that the shrinkage of the equipment in winter should also be considered when installing in summer, especially in northern regions. Generally speaking, the maximum temperature difference between winter and summer in cold northern regions can reach 80℃. If a shaft with a length of 3m is installed in summer, the maximum shrinkage in winter (when shut down) can be close to 3mm.
2.Bearing fever caused by skewed installation
The bearing installation is skewed, which will cause the ball not to roll in the correct position of the bearing raceway, and even cause the larger axial force of the ball end face and the inner and outer seat ring of the bearing seat, resulting in overheating of the bearing.
