1. Sealed and anti-rust The anti-rust period of mechanical equipment is different due to the difference in ambient temperature, humidity, and corrosive components. According to the storage, delivery, and operation of our factory’s mechanical equipment, the mechanical equipment will be packed and placed in boxes for 1-2 years or more after oiling. 2. Introduction of antirust agent: The antirust treatment of mechanical equipment adopts PSA-008 sealed antirust agent. The antirust agent has a thin, uniform and transparent oil film and strong antirust performance. It is suitable for long-term oil seals made of various metals such as steel, iron, copper, aluminum, galvanized, cadmium, and their assemblies; the oil has good fluidity and good viscosity. Moderate, it can be sealed by spraying, dipping, brushing, etc. It is more convenient to use for components with complex structures, and it is harmless to the environment and human body. It is an environmentally friendly product. 3. Process flow Mechanical equipment assembly No. 6 hydraulic oil test run Apply PSA-008 anti-rust agent Pack into the box 4. Operating procedures: 1) Clean the dirt and processing oil on the surface of the rust-free parts, and dry the surface of the workpiece thoroughly. 2) Assemble into mechanical equipment according to regulations; use No. 6 hydraulic oil for test run. 3) Add PSA-008 antirust agent to a suitable container according to the specified amount. 4) Brush or spray antirust oil directly on the surface of the mechanical equipment twice for oil sealing. 5) Pack the mechanical equipment after anti-rust treatment into boxes and store them.
