Introduction to anti-rust agents: The anti-rust treatment of mechanical equipment uses PSA-008 sealed anti-rust agent. The oil film of this anti-rust agent is thin, uniform and transparent, and has strong anti-rust performance. It is suitable for long-term oil seals made of various metals such as steel, iron, copper, aluminum, galvanized, and cadmium plating and their assemblies. The oil has good fluidity and low viscosity. It is moderate and can be sealed by spraying, dipping, brushing and other methods. It is more convenient to use for components with complex structures. It is harmless to the environment and human body and is an environmentally friendly product. 3. Process Mechanical equipment assembly, No. 6 hydraulic oil test run, coating with PSA-008 anti-rust agent, packaging and boxing 4. Operating procedures: 1) Clean the dirt, processing oil, etc. on the surface of rust-free parts, and dry the surface of the workpiece thoroughly. 2) Assemble the mechanical equipment according to regulations; test run with No. 6 hydraulic oil. 3) Add PSA-008 anti-rust agent into a suitable container in the specified amount. 4) Directly brush or spray anti-rust oil on the surface of the mechanical equipment twice for oil sealing. 5) Pack the rust-proofed mechanical equipment into boxes and store it in stock.
