Analysis of the causes of overheating of agricultural motor bearings

At present, the use of agricultural motors is relatively common in China. Usually, the agricultural motors used are small motors. However, in the small motors, the ball bearings are used in the front and rear ends.
Therefore, it is also more common for the motor bearings to fail, especially the bearings get hot. If the bearings are hot, the grease will be diluted and leaked out, or the bearings will be damaged, which will cause losses to the users.
Facing the phenomenon of motor bearing heating, how can we find out the cause and reduce the occurrence of such phenomenon?
If the bearing is damaged, first check whether the ball bearing or ball bearing tile is damaged, if there is damage, it should be repaired or replaced.
If the lubricating oil has impurities, is too dirty, the oil ring is stuck or the brand is not correct, the oil should be changed and the reason for the stuck should be identified and repaired, and the oil viscosity should be changed when the oil is too large. If there is a lack of oil in the bearing room, grease should be added to fill 2/3 of the oil room or lubricant should be added to the standard oil surface line.
If the temperature of lubricating oil in the sliding bearing is too low or too high, the excessive grease in the rolling bearing should be cleared or the grease in the oil chamber should be filled to 2/3.
If the bearing and shaft, bearing and end cover are too loose or too tight, too tight will make the bearing deformed, too loose will easily occur “running set”. If the bearing and shaft are too loose, the journal can be coated with metal paint and reworked when it is too tight; if the bearing and end cap are too loose, the end cap can be set tightly and reworked when it is too tight.
The motor two end caps or bearing cover is not assembled, usually not parallel to cause the bearing is not in the correct position, then the two end caps or bearing cover stop to install flat, tighten the bolt.
When the belt is too tight, too loose or coupling assembly should be adjusted belt tightness; correct the coupling. The wrong bearing type should be replaced with the correct type of bearing as soon as possible during the inspection and repair.
