D1 The bearing is abnormal when running
A certain noise is allowed when the rolling bearing is in normal operation.This sound is characterized by smooth operation, light, no stagnation phenomenon, the sound of harmony and no noise, can hear even and continuous “hua hua” sound, or lower “bang” sound, noise intensity is not big.
1) The bearing makes a uniform and continuous “hissing” sound.This sound is generated by the rolling body rotating in the inner and outer rings, including irregular metal vibration sound independent of the speed.Generally, the amount of fat in the bearing is insufficient, which should be supplemented.
2) The bearing produces a uniform periodic “ho lo” sound in a continuous “whack” sound.This sound is caused by scars, grooves and rust spots on the rolling body and the inner and outer ring raceway. The bearing should be replaced.
3) the bearing makes a discontinuous “peeling” sound, which is caused by the rupture of the cage or the inner and outer rings.The bearing shall be replaced.
4) Unregular and uneven “scratching” sound from bearings.This sound is caused by impurities such as iron filings and sand particles falling into the bearing.The bearing shall be cleaned and the grease replaced.
5) The bearing makes a continuous and irregular “rustling” sound.This sound is generally because the bearing inner ring is too loose with the shaft or the outer ring is too loose with the bearing hole.
6) bearings emit harsh chirping.This sound is caused by the dry friction caused by insufficient lubrication or lack of oil of the bearing, or the local contact of the rolling body is too tight, such as the raceway deflection of the inner and outer ring of the bearing and the outer ring with too tight, etc.The bearing shall be replaced.
D2 bearing temperature is too high

When the equipment is running, a certain temperature range is allowed in the part where the bearing is installed. When touching the bearing shell with your hand, it should be normal to feel no hot hand.Otherwise, it indicates that the temperature of the bearing is too high.
The reasons for the high bearing temperature are: the bearing assembly is too tight;The bearing ring rotates on the shaft or in the shell;Excessive load;Lubricating oil quality does not meet the requirements or deterioration;Lubricating oil viscosity is too high;Mechanism assembly is too tight (lack of clearance);The bearing temperature is too high caused by the rupture of the bearing cage or rolling body.
For the newly installed or readjusted rolling bearings, the temperature rise of the bearings in the specified time can be monitored by temperature measurement method, so as to judge the installation and adjustment quality of the bearings, especially the temperature rise when the clearance is too tight.When problems are found, timely adjustment is conducive to prolonging the service life of rolling bearings.
