Bearing is an important part of mechanical equipment, but also easy to wear parts. Solution: Adjust the alignment between bearings and gaskets to improve alignment accuracy between shafts.

2. Improper installation of constant oil level cup

Solution: In the static state, the oil level should not be higher than the center of the lower rolling body, or keep the installation direction of the horizontal oil cup consistent with the direction of bearing rotation.

3.Bearing oil seal wear leads to grease loss and dirt entry

Solution: Replace the new clean oil seal, clean the bearing box, and inject clean grease.

4. Friction between moving parts and stationary parts

Solution: Check the matching gap between dynamic and static parts

5.Bearing installation method is not correct, hammer bearing

Solution: Replace the new bearing, standard shaft installation

6.Shaft shoulder, box hole shoulder, locking nut and bearing position are not vertical

Solution: Reprocess the above parts to obtain good verticality

7. The processing size of journal is too large

Solution: Too large journal size may lead to too small clearance inside the bearing, so the journal needs to be reprocessed to make the shaft and bearing fit properly.

8. The outer ring of the bearing slips in the box hole

Solution: Bearing box hole material is too soft, can expand the bearing box hole, can also add copper bushing, processing to the appropriate size.
