General main bearing operation failure mainly has the following situations.

The main reason is that the hollow shaft journal finish is not enough, so that the contact point of the tile surface is subject to shear stress and causes large area strains (shear damage). Bartholomew alloy particles pasted in the hollow journal surface, with the hollow shaft turned to the upper part of the cold lubricant to meet and be cold treatment, thus increasing the hardness, when it turns to the bottom with the hollow shaft, it will be tile surface strains, the appearance of unequal spacing strip traces. At the same time, sticky hollow shaft with pasteurized alloy particles by the cycle of running friction, the main bearing lubricant temperature gradually rise to produce high temperature. At this time should be pulled out of the shaft tile, re-scraping research tile surface, strip marks too deep, should also be welded with homogeneous pasteurized alloy.
2. Shaft tile side of the high temperature. This is due to tile seat adjustment failure, so that the tile surface and hollow shaft journal small area contact, static load becomes large. At this time, the mill cylinder should be lifted up, check the contact between the spherical tile back and the tile seat, and if necessary, re-grind the tile seat and tile back, so that it can be adjusted freely. At the same time, the tile surface should be re-scraped to scrape off the oxidation layer thoroughly, and the hollow shaft journal should be polished with oil stone.
3. When the temperature rises, there is t when the spindle luster gray, and adhesion phenomenon, which is due to the local high temperature and gluing caused by the tile surface, this time should be scraping and researching the shaft tile; sometimes the spindle bright, which is due to the poor quality of oil, oil impurities caused by more, should be changed.
4. High oil temperature, but there is no pasteurized alloy adhesion phenomenon. The reasons may have the following aspects: First, the supply of lubricant oil and low viscosity, can not form an oil film; Second, or oil quality is bad; Third, the research tile does not meet the specification requirements, tile mouth clearance is too small; Fourth, the cooling water of the shaft tile is not smooth. Can be taken to change oil, re-scraping tile and smooth cooling water and other measures to deal with.
